Mcallister Psychiatric Services (MPS) is credentialed with most health insurance companies, including Medicaid. Cash pay agreements are available as well.

FEES & APPLICABLE CHARGES
You agree that you are solely responsible for consultation fees for Services pursuant to the schedule of fees set forth on the Site. If your employer, agency, or any other individual has arranged with MPS to pay the fee or any portion of the fee, or if the fee is pursuant to some other arrangement with MPS, that fee will ultimately remain your responsibility if not paid by the other party. As further consideration for the Services, you agree to provide certain current, complete and accurate information about your valid credit card or check information, as required for the Services, and maintain and keep MPS updated about this information as needed to keep it current, complete, and accurate. MPS reserves the right to modify its pricing structure at any time and implement the new price structure at any time prior to your payment for and scheduling of your visit, pursuant to these Terms of Use. You understand that Services may not be provided, and scheduled consultations will be canceled, if your credit card account information is inaccurate or invalid.
CASH RATES (CREDIT CARDS ONLY)
Full psychiatric evaluation: $150.00
Follow-up medication management: $85.00
Diagnostic Assessment for therapy: $120.00
One hour therapy Session: $65.00
Veteran Discount Price: $110 for full psychiatric evaluation, $75.00 for follow-up medication management, $100 for Diagnostic Assessment, $50 for one hour therapy session applicable to all Veterans and their spouses and children.
With signing a consent for treatment and providing the office with their insurance information, patients authorize MPS to bill their insurance for the service they received. Patient is responsible for Co-pays up front before they see their provider. If a patient has an unmet deductible on their policy, they are expected to pay for the visit upfront. We will still bill their insurance and in case their deductible happened to be met meanwhile and there was an over-payment, the patient will receive a refund.
Patients will be billed monthly for their outstanding balances and are expected to pay monthly bills in full. Delinquent accounts will be subject to collection and will be billed for the cost of collection effort. Once a patient account is in collection, their provider may have to close their case.
PAPERWORK & FORM COMPLETION
All paperwork that needs to be completed will have a fee. No paperwork will be completed on the first visit. We do not do long-term disability paperwork. Short-term disability paperwork requires that you be an established patient with multiple completed appointments, so as to have supporting documentation. We try to get paperwork completed within 24 hours; however, we do require 5-7 business days to complete.
