Which insurance plans do you currently accept?
At McAllister Psychiatric Services, we are committed to providing high quality mental health care to our clients and to making our services as accessible as possible. To that end, we are currently in the process of credentialing with several insurance companies, including Anthem, UHC/UMR/Optum, Aetna, Medical Mutual, and Ohio Medicaid. We are also pleased to announce that we are currently partnered with Side Car Health, a leading provider of innovative health insurance solutions. We believe that these partnerships will allow us to better serve our clients and to help more people access the care that they need. We are dedicated to continually improving our services and to finding ways to make mental health care more accessible and affordable for everyone. Do you do in-person appointments?
At McAllister Psychiatric Services, we are proud to offer telehealth services to our clients. This means that all of our appointments are conducted online through secure audio and video, and we do not currently offer in-person appointments. We understand that this may be inconvenient for some patients, but we are committed to improving patient outcomes and believe that telehealth can be an effective and convenient way to receive care. If you are interested in being seen in-person, we are happy to assist you by providing referrals to other providers in your area who may be able to accommodate your needs. We are committed to supporting our clients in whatever way is best for their individual needs, and we are always here to help you find the care that you need.
What is your new patient procedure?
If you would like to sign up for an appointment at Mcallister Psychiatric Services, you can easily do so through our website by clicking the link provided. This will direct you to our appointment calendar, where you can choose your desired appointment time. Once you have selected your appointment time, you will receive instructions on how to create a profile on our patient portal. This profile will allow you to access important information about your appointment and your care, as well as communicate with our team. After you have created your profile, an intake packet will be sent to your account and you will be notified by email. This packet will contain important information about your appointment and will help us to better understand your needs. We are committed to providing our clients with the highest quality care, and we believe that the intake process is an important part of this. By following these steps, you are taking an important step toward improving your mental health.
Do I have to use Genoa pharmacy?
At Mcallister Psychiatric Services, we are committed to improving health outcomes for our clients and increasing their access to prescribed medications. To achieve these goals, we have partnered with Genoa Health, a leading provider of specialized pharmacy services. Through this partnership, we are able to offer our clients access to benefits not typically available at other pharmacies, along with direct contact with pharmacists who specialize in mental health, These pharmacists are able to provide guidance and support to our clients, helping them to better understand their medications and the importance of taking them as prescribed. However, it is important to note that our clients are always free to choose any pharmacy they would like to fill their prescriptions. We believe that it is important for our clients to have the freedom to make their own choices about their healthcare, and we are committed to supporting them in whatever way they feel is best for their individual needs.
